Shipping policy

 

Thank you for choosing Grab Some Furniture for your furnishing needs. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction, starting from the moment you place your order to the safe delivery of your furniture to your doorstep. Please review our delivery policy outlined below:

1. Delivery Timeframe:

  • We will deliver your furniture within 3 to 7 working days. Please note that this time may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processing time + Delivery time.
  • Delivery is 3 – 7 working days for stock items (delivery might take longer depending on supply times). There are occasions when this time can be longer, but we will keep you informed if it happens.

2. Delivery Schedule:

  • Our delivery team and courier companies we use work from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time most of the time but sometimes can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery can be made on Saturday depending on the availability and schedule.
  • For some of our products we use palletised delivery on pallets and only deliver to your driveway outside your house or flat. Please contact us if you want to find out about your delivery.

3. Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and estimated delivery date. Additionally, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment’s progress. Please note we work with different courier companies not all of them provide tracking information. Delivery companies can contact you once they have your item collected from us.

4. Delivery Charges:

  • We offer free standard delivery on all orders in England. However, additional charges may apply for express or specific time deliveries and also addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland, which will be communicated to you during the checkout process or you will get a call from our delivery team, you can contact us and ask about the additional charges as well.

5. Delivery Process:

  • Our delivery team will contact you via phone or email to update you about delivery.
  • On the scheduled delivery day, we will deliver your furniture to your specified address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and inspect the items upon arrival.
  • If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery day someone else an adult must be there to receive the delivery and if there is no one available and no safe space to leave the delivery a missed delivery charge will occur depending on the item and your address location.

6. Inspection and Acceptance:

  • Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect the furniture for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, please notify our delivery team immediately.
  • By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the furniture has been received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

  • For any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for assistance. We will be happy to help you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • FREE delivery for all orders in Mainland UK only. We do not deliver outside the UK.

  • Please get in touch if your order is for a flat, or room that is on any other floor than the ground floor.
  • Our delivery administration is Monday to Friday 10 am-5 pm.

Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
