Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Grab Some Furniture. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to help you resolve your concerns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items and get your full refund.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Returned items should be free of damage, scratches, stains, or other signs of wear.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Assembly: Items that have been partially or fully assembled will not be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team support@grabsomefurniture.com to request a Return Authorization number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RA number along with return instructions. Please do not send items back without a RA number.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Processing Your Return
- Inspection: Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. This process may take 5-7 business days.
- Refund: If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to the items that have been used or are not in their original packaging depending on the item condition.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items: Our delivery team will ask you to inspect the products before signing acceptance of the delivery so please inspect the products carefully before signing. If you spot any faults or damages, then please notify the delivery team immediately. Our team inspect all of our products to ensure that they are in perfect conditions before they are delivered to you If our team has missed anything or you have been sent the wrong products, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and act accordingly. We will help you to resolve the problem, which may include sending replacement parts, offering an exchange, or issuing a full refund. Any delay in reporting the damages to us will be dealt with our sole discretion for refund or exchange.
